IT Project Manager

✔️ Deep knowledge of risk management, change management, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
✔️ Experience in working with both technical and non-technical teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and manage expectations.
✔️ Strong skills in tracking project performance using KPIs and project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, Asana).
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively under pressure.
✔️ Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices to guide technical project teams.
✔️ Ability to identify project risks early, formulate mitigation plans, and maintain a proactive approach to project challenges.
✔️ Expertise in stakeholder management, including regular reporting, project status updates, and post-project evaluations.
✔️ Experience in budget management, procurement, and vendor coordination for IT project components and third-party services.
✔️ Ability to prepare detailed project documentation, ensuring transparency, accountability, and knowledge sharing.
✔️ Strong negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills to influence, motivate, and drive team performance.
