SAP Project Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Leading end-to-end SAP project delivery across multiple modules (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Cloud Platform).
✔️ Defining project scopes, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
✔️ Managing cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, and business analysts.
✔️ Overseeing project budgets, schedules, and quality standards, ensuring on-time and in-scope delivery.
✔️ Identifying project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively solving challenges.
✔️ Acting as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication, expectation management, and relationship building.
✔️ Applying Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies based on project needs.
✔️ Continuously driving process improvements and best practices across SAP delivery frameworks.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience managing SAP projects end-to-end, ideally across SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud initiatives.
✔️ Solid understanding of SAP modules and integration points (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, etc.).
✔️ Strong project management expertise (PMI, Prince2, Agile certifications are a plus).
✔️ Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
✔️ Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and contracts.
✔️ Ability to lead both technical and functional teams effectively.
✔️ SAP Certification(s) preferred.
✔️ Fluent in English with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
