SAP FICO Consultant

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Leading the implementation and optimization of SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) solutions across SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.
✔️ Configuring and customizing SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
✔️ Collaborating with business users to understand financial processes and requirements, delivering SAP solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy.
✔️ Providing support for SAP FICO system integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and third-party applications.
✔️ Ensuring compliance with local and global accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
✔️ Performing data migration and testing for SAP FICO implementations and upgrades.
✔️ Supporting month-end, year-end, and statutory closing activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of financial systems.
✔️ Troubleshooting and resolving SAP FICO issues, providing post-implementation support and user training.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with deep expertise in Finance and Controlling modules.
✔️ In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ECC configurations for Finance, Controlling, and integration with other SAP modules.
✔️ Strong understanding of financial processes, cost accounting, profitability analysis, and financial reporting.
✔️ Experience in SAP FICO implementation, support, and optimization projects.
✔️ Familiarity with SAP integration tools, such as IDOCs, BAPIs, and Fiori apps, is a plus.
✔️ Ability to analyze business requirements and design SAP solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices.
✔️ SAP FICO certifications are a plus.
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
✔️ Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with business stakeholders effectively.
