SAP CRM Consultant

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Leading SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) implementations, configurations, and optimizations to enhance customer engagement and sales processes.
✔️ Configuring SAP CRM components, including Sales Order Management, Service Management, Marketing, and Customer Interaction Management (CIM).
✔️ Analyzing client business processes and designing SAP CRM solutions to streamline customer relationship management across various touchpoints.
✔️ Integrating SAP CRM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP FICO) to ensure seamless end-to-end sales and customer service processes.
✔️ Supporting clients with SAP CRM-related enhancements and providing solutions for customer data management, sales order processing, and marketing automation.
✔️ Conducting system testing, go-live support, and providing post-implementation troubleshooting and ongoing optimization.
✔️ Training end-users to effectively leverage SAP CRM functionality to improve customer engagement and sales conversion.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP CRM Consultant with a strong understanding of customer relationship management and sales processes.
✔️ Expertise in SAP CRM module configuration, including Sales, Marketing, and Service Management.
✔️ Experience in integrating SAP CRM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP FICO) and external systems.
✔️ Strong knowledge of customer data management, lead-to-cash processes, and marketing automation using SAP CRM.
✔️ Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC and a solid understanding of the SAP CRM landscape.
✔️ SAP CRM certifications are a plus.
✔️ Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business users to understand their needs and design effective solutions.
