SAP Analytics Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Leading SAP Analytics implementations, configurations, and optimizations to enable data-driven decision-making across organizations.
✔️ Implementing and optimizing SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BusinessObjects (BO), SAP BW, and SAP HANA to deliver business intelligence solutions.
✔️ Designing and developing data models, interactive dashboards, and reporting solutions that deliver actionable insights to business users.
✔️ Integrating SAP Analytics tools with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP BI, SAP BW) and external systems to ensure consistent and reliable data flow.
✔️ Supporting clients in defining KPIs, creating advanced reporting structures, and deploying predictive analytics capabilities.
✔️ Managing the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure timely and accurate data availability for reporting and analysis.
✔️ Providing post-implementation support and optimizing the performance of SAP Analytics solutions.
✔️ Conducting training and workshops to help users fully leverage SAP Analytics tools and make informed, data-driven decisions.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Analytics Specialist with expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW, SAP BusinessObjects, and SAP HANA.
✔️ Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and business intelligence tools within the SAP ecosystem.
✔️ Experience with advanced reporting, visualization, and predictive analytics capabilities using SAP tools.
✔️ Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP BI, and other relevant SAP modules.
✔️ Experience with creating interactive dashboards and delivering insights that drive business value.
✔️ SAP Analytics certifications (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW) are a plus.
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to design solutions that optimize performance and data quality.
✔️ Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams.
