SAP GRC Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Leading the implementation and optimization of SAP GRC solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
✔️ Managing SAP GRC Access Control, SAP Risk Management, and SAP Audit Management modules to strengthen internal controls and reduce business risks.
✔️ Assessing and identifying compliance risks in SAP systems, and implementing measures to mitigate those risks while ensuring operational continuity.
✔️ Supporting security and compliance audits, ensuring that SAP systems are fully compliant with SOX, GDPR, ISO, and other regulatory frameworks.
✔️ Developing and maintaining role-based access control (RBAC) systems to align with security policies and user requirements.
✔️ Collaborating with stakeholders to assess risk management strategies and assist in the development of remediation plans.
✔️ Providing training on GRC processes and SAP tools to internal teams, ensuring the effective use of security and compliance systems.
✔️ Conducting regular reviews of SAP security and compliance practices to identify gaps and recommend improvements.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP GRC Specialist, with expertise in SAP GRC Access Control, SAP Risk Management, and SAP Audit Management.
✔️ Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ISO) and how they apply to SAP environments.
✔️ Experience in implementing and configuring SAP GRC solutions and enhancing security and compliance across SAP systems.
✔️ Ability to perform detailed risk assessments and recommend corrective actions to improve SAP security and compliance.
✔️ SAP GRC or relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate – GRC) are highly preferred.
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex compliance issues.
✔️ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
