SAP Financial Planning Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Configuring and optimizing SAP Financial Planning solutions, including SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation), SAP S/4HANA Finance, and other related SAP modules.
✔️ Collaborating with finance teams to develop accurate financial planning models, budgets, and forecasts within the SAP environment.
✔️ Supporting the integration of financial planning solutions with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FICO, SAP CO) for seamless financial reporting and analysis.
✔️ Streamlining financial planning processes, improving accuracy in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
✔️ Conducting financial modeling and scenario analysis to guide decision-making and financial strategy.
✔️ Ensuring that SAP systems are fully aligned with corporate financial objectives and providing insights to improve financial performance.
✔️ Working closely with stakeholders to understand their financial planning needs and recommend solutions for improvement.
✔️ Providing training and support to internal teams on SAP Financial Planning tools and processes.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Financial Planning Specialist, with expertise in SAP BPC, SAP S/4HANA Finance, and other financial planning tools.
✔️ Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
✔️ Experience in integrating financial planning solutions with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FICO, SAP CO) to enable comprehensive reporting and analysis.
✔️ Ability to design and implement financial planning strategies that align with business objectives and improve financial performance.
✔️ Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex financial analysis and scenario planning.
✔️ SAP certifications in BPC, S/4HANA Finance, or relevant financial planning qualifications are highly preferred.
✔️ Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, finance, and IT teams.
