SAP Invoice Management Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Implementing and optimizing SAP Invoice Management solutions, including SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) and other relevant modules.
✔️ Managing the end-to-end invoice processing lifecycle, from invoice receipt and validation to approval, payment, and reporting within SAP.
✔️ Collaborating with finance, procurement, and IT teams to configure SAP solutions to meet specific invoice management needs and business requirements.
✔️ Streamlining invoice approval workflows, automating manual processes, and enhancing invoice visibility and tracking within SAP.
✔️ Integrating SAP Invoice Management solutions with other SAP modules such as SAP MM, SAP FICO, and SAP SRM for seamless financial processing and reporting.
✔️ Analyzing invoice-related data to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and compliance enhancements.
✔️ Developing and optimizing invoice templates, approval workflows, and reporting tools to improve the efficiency of invoice management.
✔️ Providing training and ongoing support to internal teams to ensure effective use of SAP Invoice Management solutions.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Invoice Management Specialist, with expertise in SAP VIM or other invoice management solutions.
✔️ Strong understanding of invoice processing workflows, including receipt, validation, approval, payment, and reporting.
✔️ Experience integrating invoice management processes with other SAP modules like SAP MM, SAP FICO, and SAP SRM.
✔️ Ability to analyze invoice data, identify process bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
✔️ Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and how it enhances invoice management functionality is a plus.
✔️ SAP certifications in SAP VIM, SAP MM, or SAP FICO are highly preferred.
✔️ Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with business stakeholders.
