SAP Payment Management Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Implementing and optimizing SAP Payment Management solutions, including SAP Financial Accounting (FI), SAP Treasury, and SAP S/4HANA to streamline payment processes.
✔️ Managing the end-to-end payment lifecycle, including invoice verification, payment execution, reconciliation, and reporting within SAP.
✔️ Collaborating with finance, procurement, and IT teams to tailor SAP solutions to meet specific payment processing requirements.
✔️ Automating payment workflows, improving cash management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
✔️ Integrating payment processes with other SAP modules such as SAP MM, SAP FICO, and SAP SRM for seamless financial transactions and reporting.
✔️ Analyzing payment data to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost savings, and improved payment cycle times.
✔️ Supporting the development and optimization of payment approval workflows, payment scheduling, and financial reporting tools.
✔️ Providing training and ongoing support to internal teams to ensure effective use of SAP Payment Management solutions.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Payment Management Specialist, with expertise in SAP FI, SAP Treasury, and SAP S/4HANA.
✔️ Strong understanding of payment processes, including payment runs, reconciliation, cash management, and reporting.
✔️ Experience integrating payment management functions with other SAP modules like SAP MM, SAP FICO, and SAP SRM.
✔️ Ability to analyze payment data, optimize workflows, and reduce processing time.
✔️ Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its innovations in payment processing and financial management.
✔️ SAP certifications in SAP FI, SAP Treasury, or related financial modules are highly preferred.
✔️ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, finance teams, and IT departments.
