SAP Quality Management Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Implementing and optimizing SAP Quality Management (QM) solutions to manage and control product quality across the entire production lifecycle.
✔️ Ensuring that quality control processes are fully integrated with production, inventory, and logistics operations through SAP.
✔️ Collaborating with production, procurement, and quality assurance teams to align SAP QM solutions with overall quality goals and regulatory compliance.
✔️ Streamlining quality inspection, quality audits, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes to ensure high standards of quality management.
✔️ Supporting the integration of SAP QM with other modules like SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, and SAP S/4HANA for seamless end-to-end process management.
✔️ Managing the implementation and optimization of quality certificates, inspection plans, and quality notification management in SAP.
✔️ Analyzing quality data to identify trends, resolve issues, and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
✔️ Providing training and ongoing support to internal teams to ensure effective use of SAP Quality Management tools and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Quality Management Specialist, with expertise in SAP QM and SAP S/4HANA.
✔️ Strong understanding of quality management processes, including inspections, audits, non-conformance management, and corrective/preventive actions.
✔️ Experience integrating SAP QM with other SAP modules such as SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, and SAP FICO.
✔️ Ability to analyze quality data, resolve product quality issues, and enhance overall product quality across the supply chain.
✔️ Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its features related to quality management processes and compliance.
✔️ SAP certifications in SAP QM, SAP S/4HANA, or related quality management modules are highly preferred.
✔️ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive quality initiatives.
