SAP Fieldglass Consultant

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Implementing and configuring SAP Fieldglass solutions to optimize the external workforce and services procurement lifecycle.
✔️ Integrating SAP Fieldglass with other SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, and SAP Ariba to ensure seamless supplier and workforce management.
✔️ Advising clients on best practices for contingent workforce management, including vendor management, time tracking, and compliance.
✔️ Managing the full implementation lifecycle of SAP Fieldglass, from initial assessment through to go-live and post-implementation support.
✔️ Conducting workshops and training sessions to ensure efficient adoption of SAP Fieldglass solutions by internal teams.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Fieldglass Consultant, with expertise in managing external workforce, services procurement, and contingent workforce processes.
✔️ Strong knowledge of SAP Fieldglass modules, including Vendor Management System (VMS), Workforce Management, and Services Procurement.
✔️ Experience integrating SAP Fieldglass with other SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, and SAP Ariba.
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to create tailored solutions for clients.
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.
