What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Implementing and configuring SAP Service Cloud solutions to enhance customer service operations, including case management, service request handling, and customer interaction tracking.
✔️ Integrating SAP Service Cloud with other SAP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, and SAP Sales Cloud to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
✔️ Advising clients on best practices for utilizing SAP Service Cloud to improve service delivery, streamline ticket management, and optimize customer interactions.
✔️ Managing the full implementation lifecycle of SAP Service Cloud, from blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.
✔️ Conducting workshops and training sessions to ensure successful adoption of SAP Service Cloud within client organizations.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Service Cloud Consultant, with expertise in service management, case resolution, and customer experience optimization.
✔️ Strong knowledge of SAP Service Cloud modules, including Service Request Management, Case Management, and Customer Engagement.
✔️ Experience integrating SAP Service Cloud with other SAP solutions like SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, and SAP Sales Cloud.
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to design tailored solutions that enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.
