SAP Payroll Consultant

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Implementing and configuring SAP Payroll solutions for UK and international payroll processes.
✔️ Integrating SAP Payroll with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and third-party systems to streamline HR and payroll operations.
✔️ Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and social security requirements in payroll processing.
✔️ Managing payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and configuration activities to support business needs.
✔️ Providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for payroll processes and systems.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Payroll Consultant, with strong expertise in UK Payroll and/or Global Payroll implementations.
✔️ In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, statutory deductions, tax treatments, and reporting requirements.
✔️ Hands-on experience integrating SAP Payroll with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM.
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
✔️ Excellent communication and client-facing skills to work closely with HR, finance, and compliance teams.
