SAP Time Management Consultant

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Implementing and configuring SAP Time Management solutions, covering time recording, shift planning, leave management, and absence processing.
✔️ Integrating SAP Time Management with SAP Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors, and other HCM modules to create end-to-end HR solutions.
✔️ Managing time evaluation schemas and rules to accurately process employee time data.
✔️ Providing support, troubleshooting, and process optimization for time recording and attendance systems.
✔️ Conducting workshops and training sessions to ensure effective adoption and knowledge transfer within client teams.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Time Management Consultant with expertise in time recording, time evaluation, absence, and attendance management.
✔️ Strong understanding of integration points between SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Time Off.
✔️ Ability to configure complex work schedules, public holiday calendars, and shift plans.
✔️ Excellent analytical skills to optimize time management processes and ensure legal compliance.
✔️ Strong communication skills to collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
