SAP Payroll Processing Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Managing end-to-end SAP Payroll processing activities including payroll runs, retroactive calculations, and off-cycle payrolls.
✔️ Ensuring compliance with UK payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements through accurate SAP configurations.
✔️ Troubleshooting and resolving payroll processing errors, performing audits, and validating data integrity.
✔️ Supporting payroll reporting, reconciliations, and statutory submissions like RTI (Real-Time Information) filings.
✔️ Collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT teams to enhance payroll workflows and improve operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience in SAP Payroll processing, including UK-specific payroll configurations and compliance knowledge.
✔️ Strong understanding of payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and integration with SAP Time Management and Finance modules.
✔️ Ability to manage high-volume payroll processing accurately and efficiently.
✔️ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address payroll discrepancies.
✔️ Strong communication skills with the ability to support internal stakeholders and external auditors.
