What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Gathering and analyzing business requirements to design SAP-based solutions that meet strategic goals.
✔️ Collaborating with SAP functional and technical teams to translate business needs into detailed specifications.
✔️ Supporting SAP system implementations, enhancements, and upgrades through requirements documentation and testing coordination.
✔️ Conducting workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to ensure smooth communication and solution alignment.
✔️ Providing ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for SAP process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on exposure to SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, or SAP SD.
✔️ Strong ability to document business processes, workflows, and system requirements effectively.
✔️ Excellent problem-solving skills and experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across departments.
✔️ SAP certifications or relevant training in SAP modules are a plus.
