What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Leading end-to-end migration projects from SAP ECC and other legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring minimal business disruption.
✔️ Conducting system assessments, migration planning, and landscape transformation strategies.
✔️ Executing data migration activities including extraction, transformation, loading (ETL) and validation.
✔️ Collaborating with technical and functional teams to ensure compatibility and smooth transition during migrations.
✔️ Troubleshooting migration issues, optimizing performance, and providing post-migration support.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP S/4HANA Migration Specialist, with hands-on involvement in large-scale migration projects.
✔️ Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA system architecture, data migration methodologies, and SAP Migration Cockpit.
✔️ Experience with tools like SUM (Software Update Manager), DMO (Database Migration Option), and LSMW.
✔️ Deep understanding of SAP best practices for Greenfield, Brownfield, and Hybrid migration approaches.
✔️ SAP S/4HANA certifications and expertise in system upgrades, Unicode conversions, and database migrations (SAP HANA preferred).
