What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Delivering proactive and personalized SAP support services to premium clients, ensuring maximum system uptime and performance.
✔️ Acting as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights, optimization opportunities, and innovation roadmaps.
✔️ Managing escalations, coordinating expert sessions, and ensuring quick resolution of high-priority issues.
✔️ Facilitating tailored service plans, technical checks, and regular operational reviews.
✔️ Leveraging SAP Solution Manager and SAP EarlyWatch reports to drive continuous system improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Premium Support Specialist or in a senior SAP support/consulting role.
✔️ Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud solutions, SAP Basis, and hybrid system landscapes.
✔️ Strong expertise in SAP Solution Manager, proactive system monitoring, and root cause analysis.
✔️ Exceptional client engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ SAP certifications in relevant modules or support operations are highly desirable.
