SAP Basis Administrator

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Managing and administering SAP environments, ensuring optimal system performance and availability.
✔️ Installing, configuring, and maintaining SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, etc.) across development, test, and production landscapes.
✔️ Monitoring and troubleshooting SAP system performance, resolving issues related to servers, databases, and network configurations.
✔️ Performing system upgrades, patches, and support packs to maintain SAP landscapes at the latest supported versions.
✔️ Managing SAP transport management system (TMS) and ensuring smooth import/export of transport requests.
✔️ Ensuring the security of SAP systems through user administration, role management, and security configuration.
✔️ Managing backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes for SAP systems.
✔️ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support SAP projects and implementations.
✔️ Documenting and maintaining technical procedures, system configurations, and logs for SAP systems.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Basis Administrator with expertise in managing SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, etc.).
✔️ Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and other SAP components.
✔️ Experience with SAP installations, configurations, upgrades, and performance tuning.
✔️ Solid understanding of SAP security, user management, and role-based access control.
✔️ Familiarity with SAP transport management, database administration (e.g., HANA, Oracle, SQL), and backup/recovery processes.
✔️ Experience with SAP monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Solution Manager, SAP GUI).
✔️ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex SAP system issues.
✔️ SAP Basis certifications are a plus.
✔️ Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with functional and technical teams.
