SAP Compliance Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Ensuring SAP systems are fully compliant with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX, ISO, etc.) through continuous monitoring and reporting.
✔️ Managing internal audits, compliance assessments, and risk management for SAP applications and modules.
✔️ Collaborating with internal teams to implement and monitor compliance policies and procedures across SAP landscapes.
✔️ Supporting the implementation of SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions to ensure effective risk mitigation and compliance reporting.
✔️ Ensuring proper controls and security measures are in place for SAP systems to protect sensitive data and maintain business integrity.
✔️ Conducting gap analysis and providing recommendations to improve compliance posture and address identified vulnerabilities.
✔️ Collaborating with external auditors and regulatory bodies during compliance audits and ensuring timely corrective actions.
✔️ Developing and delivering compliance-related training programs for internal teams and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Compliance Specialist, with a strong background in SAP GRC and compliance management.
✔️ In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOX, and ISO, and how they apply to SAP environments.
✔️ Experience in auditing, risk management, and compliance assessments for SAP systems.
✔️ Expertise in SAP security and authorization management, including role-based access control (RBAC).
✔️ SAP certifications, particularly related to SAP GRC or SAP Security, are highly preferred.
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze, recommend, and implement compliance improvements.
✔️ Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, IT, and compliance teams.
