SAP Contract Management Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Implementing and optimizing SAP Contract Management solutions, including SAP CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and related modules.
✔️ Managing the full contract lifecycle within SAP, from contract creation and negotiation to execution, amendments, and renewals.
✔️ Collaborating with legal, procurement, and business teams to define contract management requirements and configure SAP solutions to meet those needs.
✔️ Ensuring that contract-related processes are fully integrated with other SAP modules like SAP MM, SAP SRM, and SAP FICO.
✔️ Streamlining contract approval workflows, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, and enhancing contract visibility and reporting.
✔️ Analyzing contract data to identify opportunities for risk mitigation, process improvements, and cost savings.
✔️ Developing and maintaining contract templates, clauses, and approval workflows to enhance contract management efficiency.
✔️ Providing training and ongoing support to internal teams to ensure the effective use of SAP Contract Management solutions.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Contract Management Specialist, with expertise in SAP CLM and related contract management modules.
✔️ Strong understanding of the contract lifecycle, including creation, negotiation, execution, and compliance.
✔️ Experience integrating contract management processes with other SAP modules, such as SAP MM, SAP SRM, and SAP FICO.
✔️ Ability to analyze contract data, mitigate risks, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
✔️ Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and innovations in contract management functionality within SAP systems.
✔️ SAP certifications in SAP CLM or other relevant contract management qualifications are highly preferred.
✔️ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including legal, procurement, and IT departments.
