What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Managing end-to-end SAP implementation projects across diverse industries and SAP modules (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Cloud).
✔️ Developing detailed project plans, resource strategies, timelines, and budget forecasts.
✔️ Leading cross-functional project teams, coordinating SAP consultants, developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders.
✔️ Overseeing project execution, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and meeting business objectives.
✔️ Managing change control processes, training plans, and post-implementation support models.
✔️ Identifying and mitigating project risks while maintaining project quality and performance standards.
✔️ Facilitating seamless communication between technical teams, business users, and executive sponsors.
✔️ Ensuring adherence to SAP best practices, methodologies (Activate, Agile, Waterfall), and governance frameworks.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience leading SAP implementation projects from planning through to go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
✔️ Strong knowledge of SAP modules, integration points, and deployment methodologies.
✔️ Expertise in managing project budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
✔️ Experience working with SAP S/4HANA implementations is highly preferred.
✔️ Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
✔️ Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile) are a strong advantage.
✔️ SAP Certifications are a plus.
✔️ Fluent in English (additional languages are beneficial).
