What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Analyzing, identifying, and optimizing performance bottlenecks across SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Cloud).
✔️ Implementing performance tuning strategies for SAP databases, application servers, and interfaces.
✔️ Monitoring system health and proactively addressing performance issues (response time, CPU, memory usage, etc.).
✔️ Collaborating with SAP technical and functional teams to improve system architecture and processes.
✔️ Conducting load testing, stress testing, and performance profiling to ensure scalability and system efficiency.
✔️ Managing SAP upgrades and migrations, ensuring performance improvements are achieved during transitions.
✔️ Designing and applying best practices in system configuration, database tuning, and SAP HANA optimization.
✔️ Providing continuous support and training to ensure sustained performance across SAP environments.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience in SAP performance optimization, especially with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP Cloud platforms.
✔️ Deep understanding of SAP performance metrics, tuning tools, and best practices.
✔️ Strong background in SAP HANA database optimization and tuning for high-performance systems.
✔️ Experience with SAP NetWeaver, SAP Solution Manager, and other SAP monitoring tools.
✔️ Knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools for SAP applications.
✔️ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose performance issues at a system level.
✔️ Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business teams.
✔️ SAP Performance Optimization or HANA certifications are a plus.
