SAP Procurement Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Implementing and optimizing SAP Procurement solutions, including SAP MM (Material Management), SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management), and related modules.
✔️ Streamlining procurement processes such as purchase requisitioning, purchase order management, supplier evaluation, and contract management within SAP.
✔️ Collaborating with business stakeholders to define procurement requirements and translating them into effective SAP solutions.
✔️ Ensuring efficient integration of procurement processes with other SAP modules like SAP FICO, SAP SD, and SAP WM.
✔️ Supporting the development and optimization of supplier relationships, negotiation strategies, and sourcing activities using SAP tools.
✔️ Analyzing procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and process improvements.
✔️ Ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of procurement KPIs, supplier performance, and purchase order lifecycle within SAP.
✔️ Providing training and support to internal teams, ensuring effective use of SAP Procurement tools and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Procurement Specialist, with expertise in SAP MM, SAP SRM, and other procurement-related SAP modules.
✔️ Strong understanding of procurement processes, including supplier management, sourcing, contract management, and procurement reporting.
✔️ Experience integrating procurement processes with other SAP modules such as SAP FICO, SAP SD, and SAP WM for seamless operations.
✔️ Ability to analyze procurement data, optimize supplier relationships, and improve procurement efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
✔️ Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its procurement functionalities is a plus.
✔️ SAP certifications in SAP MM, SAP SRM, or related procurement modules are highly preferred.
✔️ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business, IT, and procurement teams.
