SAP Technical Lead

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Leading the technical design, development, and delivery of SAP solutions across complex projects.
✔️ Managing SAP system architecture, ensuring integration between SAP modules and external systems (SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP, APIs, Cloud integrations).
✔️ Overseeing custom development efforts (ABAP, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5) and managing technical teams for best practices and code quality.
✔️ Collaborating with functional teams to ensure seamless technical integration aligned with business goals.
✔️ Providing technical leadership in SAP S/4HANA migrations, SAP upgrades, and cloud adoption projects.
✔️ Identifying technical risks early and developing robust mitigation strategies.
✔️ Supporting solution architecture reviews, system performance tuning, and ongoing system health checks.
✔️ Staying updated with SAP emerging technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Technical Lead across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Platform, and other SAP landscapes.
✔️ Deep knowledge of SAP technical stack: ABAP development, SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, BTP Extensions.
✔️ Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations, greenfield/brownfield implementations.
✔️ Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate technical teams.
✔️ Excellent troubleshooting, performance optimization, and solution design skills.
✔️ SAP Technical Certifications preferred (e.g., SAP Certified Development Specialist).
✔️ Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication skills.
