What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Managing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of SAP applications across functional areas.
✔️ Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP modules such as SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP HCM.
✔️ Monitoring application performance and proactively addressing any system issues or optimization opportunities.
✔️ Coordinating with technical, functional, and business teams to ensure seamless SAP application operations.
✔️ Leading minor enhancements, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives for SAP applications.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Application Management Specialist or in a similar SAP support role.
✔️ Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and related SAP modules and integration points.
✔️ Ability to troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
✔️ Solid understanding of ITIL processes, service management, and best practices in SAP AMS (Application Management Services).
✔️ Excellent communication, coordination, and client-facing skills.
