What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Implementing and configuring SAP HCM solutions across core HR areas including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management.
✔️ Supporting integration between SAP HCM and related modules like SAP Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors, and third-party systems.
✔️ Analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP HCM functional specifications and solutions.
✔️ Conducting system enhancements, testing, training, and go-live support for HR systems and processes.
✔️ Working closely with HR teams to optimize business processes and enhance employee experience through SAP technologies.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, covering core modules such as PA, OM, Time Management, and Personnel Development.
✔️ Strong understanding of HR business processes and how they translate into SAP HCM functionality.
✔️ Experience integrating SAP HCM with SuccessFactors, Payroll, and other SAP and non-SAP systems.
✔️ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
✔️ Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, HR teams, and technical teams.
