What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Managing SAP applications, infrastructure, and support services across multiple client environments.
✔️ Coordinating incident, problem, and change management processes for SAP solutions.
✔️ Monitoring system performance and ensuring adherence to SLAs and operational excellence standards.
✔️ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements.
✔️ Providing continuous service improvement plans and performance reporting to clients.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Managed Services Specialist or in an SAP service delivery/operations role.
✔️ Strong technical understanding of SAP landscapes (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, SAP ECC) and infrastructure management.
✔️ Experience managing SAP Basis, SAP Security, and SAP functional support teams.
✔️ Solid grasp of ITIL frameworks and best practices in managed services environments.
✔️ Excellent client communication, service management, and escalation handling skills.
