SAP Plant Maintenance Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Implementing and optimizing SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions to manage and streamline plant maintenance operations, ensuring operational efficiency.
✔️ Overseeing the entire plant maintenance lifecycle, including equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance scheduling, and work order management.
✔️ Collaborating with operations, production, and IT teams to align SAP Plant Maintenance solutions with the organization’s maintenance and asset management strategies.
✔️ Integrating SAP Plant Maintenance with other SAP modules such as SAP MM, SAP PM, SAP FICO, and SAP S/4HANA for end-to-end asset and maintenance management.
✔️ Supporting the creation and optimization of preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal downtime and reducing unplanned outages.
✔️ Ensuring seamless execution of maintenance work orders, asset management, and condition monitoring for plant equipment.
✔️ Analyzing data from maintenance activities to identify patterns, predict failures, and optimize maintenance strategies.
✔️ Providing training and support to internal teams on SAP Plant Maintenance best practices and solutions.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Plant Maintenance Specialist, with expertise in SAP PM and SAP S/4HANA.
✔️ Strong understanding of plant maintenance processes, including preventive maintenance, work order management, and equipment lifecycle management.
✔️ Experience integrating SAP Plant Maintenance with other SAP modules such as SAP MM, SAP PM, and SAP FICO.
✔️ Ability to analyze maintenance data to improve asset reliability and reduce costs.
✔️ Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its features related to plant maintenance and asset management.
✔️ SAP certifications in SAP PM, SAP MM, or related modules are highly preferred.
✔️ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and manage stakeholders.
