SAP Project System Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Implementing and optimizing SAP Project System (PS) solutions to manage project planning, execution, and control activities.
✔️ Overseeing the project lifecycle within SAP, from project creation and budgeting to scheduling, resource management, and final project closure.
✔️ Collaborating with project managers, finance, and operations teams to ensure that SAP Project System solutions meet business requirements and enhance project execution.
✔️ Integrating SAP Project System with other SAP modules such as SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP PM, and SAP S/4HANA for end-to-end project management and financial reporting.
✔️ Configuring and customizing SAP PS to align with project management methodologies, including resource management, milestone tracking, and cost planning.
✔️ Supporting project performance tracking, monitoring project progress, and providing real-time insights into project health, timelines, and budgets.
✔️ Analyzing project data to identify risks, resolve issues, and recommend process improvements for more efficient project delivery.
✔️ Providing training and ongoing support to internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective use of SAP Project System solutions.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Project System Specialist, with deep knowledge of SAP PS module and its integration with other SAP modules such as SAP FICO, SAP MM, and SAP PM.
✔️ Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
✔️ Experience in project cost management, resource management, and schedule management within SAP PS.
✔️ Ability to analyze project performance data and provide actionable insights to drive project success.
✔️ Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its enhancements for project system management is a plus.
✔️ SAP certifications in SAP PS, SAP FICO, or related modules are highly preferred.
✔️ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with business stakeholders.
