What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation for SAP solutions, including user guides, training materials, and technical specifications.
✔️ Collaborating with SAP consultants, developers, and business analysts to gather technical information and translate it for diverse audiences.
✔️ Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), help manuals, and release notes tailored to different SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, Fiori, HCM).
✔️ Ensuring that all documentation adheres to internal quality, branding, and compliance standards.
✔️ Continuously updating content based on system upgrades, process changes, and user feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as a Technical Writer with a focus on SAP products and solutions.
✔️ Strong understanding of SAP modules and workflows (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, SAP Fiori, etc.).
✔️ Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
✔️ Proficiency in documentation tools such as SAP Enable Now, Adobe FrameMaker, or MS Office Suite.
✔️ Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
